Dr Aziz Clinic is happy to accept most major insurance, including Anthem, UHC, Caresource, MDwise, Cigna, Medicaid, and more!

If you have a question about whether or not we accept your insurance, please give us a call.

Cash

We have affordable cash pricing for those without insurance or other means of pay. Our services vary in pricing, but range start at $65.

HSA/FSA Funds

Dr Aziz Clinic happily accepts HSA and FSA funds to help cover the payment for our clinical services. You can either use your HSA or FSA card directly, or use your own form of payment then file a claim in your HSA/FSA account.
